Pharmacist, Caroline Delaitre started her career in 1999 in Pharmaceutical Industry in R&D Pharmaceutical
Affairs department and participated, in particular, to the development of medicinal products for the US market.
In 2001, she joined Stratégie Santé, regulatory consultant for Pharmaceutical Industry as consultant,
then as Head of Regulatory Affairs department. Her activities included regulatory consulting and survey,
files auditing, writing and preparation of MA files, of clinical reports, of files for the "Technical Committee
for vaccinations (CTV), and follow-up procedures with licensing authorities. Since 2001, she took part in two
masters "Master in law and management of health" at the Sceaux faculty of law in the Paris XI university (France)
and "Medicinal products: production, regulatory and quality" at the school of pharmacy at the François Rabelais
university in Tours (France).
Caroline Delaitre joined JNB-Développement in January 2009 and she is in charge of the Regulatory
& Pharmaceutical Affairs business unit. |

Pascale Guioth, Principal "Strategy and Healthcare Systems".
Pascale holds a doctor's degree in Pharmacy and graduated from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion,
the C.E.S.A.M and the Executive MBA HEC / CPA, a French business school.
Before consulting she acquired a wide experience in marketing
(sales, market research and product manager) in two pharmaceutical companies,
and applied her skills to health economics and as the economic department manager in the French subsidiary
of a leading company, she developed her expertise in reimbursement applications
(dossiers preparation and negotiation with Health Authorities).
Since joining consulting in 1994 she has experience of setting up, conducting and managing
a variety of projects related to Price and Reimbursement for pharmaceuticals and medical devices mainly in France but in European countries as well: reimbursement applications, market access assessment with a particular focus on physician and payer research including secondary research, qualitative payer discussions, scientific committees with KOLs.
Pascale has led and directed teams of consultants and analysts.
